In early August, the company dispatched a team of engineers to undertake robot operation and maintenance (O&M) services in France, the Czech Republic, Poland, and Serbia. This initiative fully demonstrates the enterprise’s solid strength in talent reserve and its unwavering confidence in expanding overseas markets.
As Summer Heat Persists Across China, Qiulu Engineers Launch Overseas Robot O&M Mission
While the intense summer heat continues to prevail across China, the engineering team of Qiulu has already traversed the Eurasian continent and arrived at their first overseas destination: France, known for its romantic heritage. Guided by a profound reverence for technology and a steadfast commitment to clients, the engineers have initiated a two-week robot operation and maintenance (O&M) project. Through their professional expertise, they are transcending geographical boundaries; and via on-site endeavors in overseas markets, they are demonstrating the robust "core capabilities" of Qiulu, a Chinese enterprise advancing its global expansion strategy.

Qiulu Intelligent Secures O&M Contract for 48 Industrial Robots with European Tier 1 Leader
As a leading Tier 1 enterprise rooted in Europe, the client boasts full production capacity and outstanding operational performance. During the interval of Europe’s early-August summer break (a period traditionally observed to mitigate extreme heat), the client expressed a comprehensive demand for robot operation and maintenance (O&M) services. Following multiple rounds of technical negotiations and program comparisons since April, the client ultimately entrusted Qiulu Intelligent – a Chinese enterprise – with the maintenance, repair, and debugging services for 48 industrial robots under this project.
Qiulu left a profound impression on the client through its proven successful project cases, robust service proposals, and unwavering commitment to overseas service delivery. Notably, prior communication revealed that the batch of equipment had entered the maintenance window after long-term high-intensity operation; more pressingly, over 10 on-site ground rails were experiencing operational anomalies such as jamming and abnormal noises. Compounding these challenges, the client’s on-site equipment was simultaneously undergoing capacity expansion and upgrading – a context that placed stringent demands on the efficiency and flexibility of Qiulu’s O&M services.
Three months prior to departure, the company initiated preparations for all matters related to this overseas service, covering a full spectrum of tasks including personnel visa applications, equipment inventory compilation, logistics and transportation arrangements, as well as customs declaration and clearance procedures. After nearly 2-3 months of meticulous preliminary work and upon the completion of all preparations, the Qiulu team, shouldering heavy responsibilities, finally boarded the flight to Europe on August 2.
Rooted in the Field, Delivering Precision Services
Upon arriving at the client’s factory, Qiulu’s engineers immediately kicked into "high gear" — while jet lag could be adjusted gradually, service efficiency remained uncompromised. A flexible maintenance plan was tailored for the 48 robots, ensuring no potential risks were overlooked for any unit; every set of data was cross-checked repeatedly, all to restore the robots to their "peak performance".
Troubleshooting the ground rail malfunctions proved to be an even greater "tough battle". The Qiulu team collaborated closely with the client’s technical staff: by day, they knelt beside the rails to observe operational trajectories and record jamming points; by night, they analyzed data reports to identify signs of wear. Eventually, the "root cause" was pinpointed — multiple sets of ground rail sliders had exceeded the safety threshold for wear due to long-term high-load operation. Once the issue was confirmed, the team launched the replacement process immediately: old sliders were removed with utmost care to protect the rails; impurities were thoroughly cleaned using specialized tools; and precision adjustments were repeated after installing new sliders.
Throughout the process, the client’s foreign engineers raised frequent questions, and the Qiulu team generously shared practical insights such as "fault diagnosis techniques" and "daily maintenance details" — earning high recognition from the client.
Finally, customized training courses were developed to meet the client’s needs, turning Qiulu’s on-site engineers into "local instructors". Covering everything from basic robot operation protocols to the "5-minute troubleshooting method" for common faults, and even a "pitfall-avoidance guide" for ground rail maintenance, the training integrated on-site equipment demonstrations throughout. This approach transformed abstract technical knowledge into something "visible and tangible" for the client’s team.
Successful Conclusion of Overseas Service: Embracing Growth for Future Journeys
As the final robot completed debugging and all equipment resumed stable operation, this overseas service mission came to a successful conclusion. All the toil of travel and fatigue melted into the warmest sense of accomplishment. With the client’s recognition in hand, we embarked on the next leg of our journey.
In reviewing this trip, beyond the achievements lie invaluable "lessons for growth": from the twists and turns of applying for visas for the first time to the excitement of navigating smoothly across six European countries; from the hiccups encountered when renting cars abroad to handling traffic incidents with ease; from the nervousness during initial service communications to delivering training sessions with full confidence. These experiences are not "regrets" but "stepping stones" for the future. We have compiled an "Overseas Service Preparation Manual", clearly outlining details covering visa applications, travel arrangements, cultural insights, and service training — laying a solid foundation for our subsequent overseas expansion endeavors.
